The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Harram, making it convenient for prayers. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, although the room keys had issues that needed frequent attention. The service was lacking in helpfulness and friendliness, with some staff members being rude. On the positive side, the proximity to Harram adds value to the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. Although the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Holy mosque, and the staff were welcoming on the 14th floor where I stayed, the rooms were a letdown. They were dirty, cramped, shabby, and smelly, especially the small air conditioner. The dining experience was also less than impressive with a very small selection of mainly cold food. However, the service was nice overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the holy mosque, but the rooms were disappointing - dirty, cramped, and smelly. The service was friendly, although I noticed the staff need more training. The dining options were okay but could use some improvements.
