The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Harram, making it convenient for prayers. My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. Although the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Holy mosque, and the staff were welcoming on the 14th floor where I stayed, the rooms were a letdown. They were dirty, cramped, shabby, and smelly, especially the small air conditioner. The dining experience was also less than impressive with a very small selection of mainly cold food. However, the service was nice overall.
